I began as a research assistant at the Institute of Chemical Technology and later worked for a corporate nutrition company.
Motivated to help others reach their full potential, I started my private practice in 2019. Since then, I’ve assisted clients with thyroid issues, diabetes, PCOS, hypertension, weight management, and women’s health. My personal health struggles inspired me to teach others about health independence.
Through The Gut Guru, I focus on enhancing digestive health and addressing the root causes of health problems. I also conduct workshops to educate people on overcoming the diet mentality and achieving lasting wellness. Join me on this journey to transform your health.
The program is conducted via a WhatsApp group where you will receive daily support and guidance. Challenges and tasks will be sent to you via email. Additionally, there will be 2 live sessions conducted on Google Meet.
The live sessions are designed to provide you with in-depth information and personalized guidance. The first session will introduce the program, set goals, and offer meal preparation tips. The second session will review your progress, discuss your experiences with reintroducing foods, and plan for long-term gut health. There will also be opportunities for Q&A.
You will receive daily support through a WhatsApp group where you can ask questions, share your experiences, and receive meal suggestions and motivation. The WhatsApp support is available for 4 hours every day from Monday to Sunday.
The program is divided into three phases:
Phase 1 (Days 1-7): Preparation and Elimination
Phase 2 (Days 8-14): Deep Cleansing and Healing
Phase 3 (Days 15-21): Restoration and Maintenance Each phase has specific dietary guidelines, mindfulness practices, and emotional cleansing rituals.
